REFUND POLICY

Please note: Most of our products are made-to-order (printed on demand) specifically for you, which means they cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

We have a 7-14 day return policy for defective or damaged items, which means you have 7-14 days after receiving your item to request a return for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet one of the conditions listed in our "Returnable Items" section below. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at theblackelfstore@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defect or damage
  • Description of the issue

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Defects or damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What Qualifies as Defective:

  • Misprints, smudges, or significant color errors
  • Damaged packaging causing product damage
  • Incorrect size or product sent
  • Manufacturing defects

Not Considered Defective:

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings or monitor differences
  • Slight variations in print placement (normal for print-on-demand production)

Non-Returnable Items (unless defective or damaged):

  • All made-to-order/print-on-demand items including apparel, home decor, ornaments, and wrapping paper
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Returnable Items (only if defective or damaged):

  • Items with printing defects or manufacturing errors
  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Wrong items or sizes received

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the defective item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
